The four work packages (WPs) and corresponding tasks are as detailed below.
WP1 - Project Management, dissemination and communication (M1-M24)
Lead: UNISAN
Coordination of the project and partners, and monitoring the achievement of deliverables, while ensuring appropriate dissemination and communication of the results over the project lifetime.
Task 1.1: Project Management (UNISAN*)
Ensuring overall project planning, technical coordination and implementing effective operating and administrative procedures, along with strategies and tools for managing consortium meetings, internal communications and collaboration among the partners.
This includes compliance with all funding agency administrative/financial reporting requirements.
Task 1.2: Dissemination and Communication (UNIBO*, UNIGE, UNISAN)
Organising and promoting dissemination activities, mainly through:
- Publication of scientific papers in international journals (gold open access options), and presentations at relevant conferences, workshop sessions, and other appropriate events with the participation of potential stakeholder groups (e.g., ECos, ECo market players, facilitators, aggregators, DSOs, public authorities, etc).
- Communication activities carried out via project website and social media platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
